How refreshing!
FINALLY ~ Prime-time reality focused on adoptees AND doesn’t dictate to us “how to” think, feel, process or "label" our adoption experience. It refuses to put us in the box of “political correctness” and “positive adoption language” which denies our reality. KUDOS!

I truly do not understand how anyone can dictate how another should feel or react. It is purely individual. After all, since when does each person feel exactly the same as another? That would make for a boring world.
KUDOS for stating it....No one has the right to dictate emotions of anyone involved in reunion, no matter whether it is the Adopted Person (a PERSON, INDIVIDUAL who was adopted) or the First Mother/Father.
