7 Million and Counting...

I don't know if you are going to see this, but the music and video just brought tears to my eyes...could you tell me whose music that is? Feeling very shaky today after being attacked viciously by a woman who thinks what I have done with my life--work for open records, find my daughter--is WRONG!

no buts, ifs or ands...

Hi Lorraine,
I will try to find out the music, or I'm sure some of the adoptees who put it together on Youtube could post here if they happen to read. Such a great video!

Your new blog is awesome ~ thanks so much for writing it.

I felt the same way (shaky) last week ~ all last week. Our town had a showing of "Unlocking the Heart of Adoption" and it wasn't very well attended. The panel discussion was ok, but the issue of adoptee access got morphed into open adoption. I spoke my opinion but then felt so shaky and like one of those "bitter, angries" that is too "radical". It is so sad that we have to feel this when only speaking truth.

I hope you feel better and stronger soon, because it is so wrong for us to be made to feel "wrong" for defending reality. Bless you!
